Information & services

Advertising configuration

At startup, the game requests its advertising configuration from the studio website. Our hosting provider receives the IP address and technical request information needed to serve this request and may retain server logs. This request does not upload your game save, coins, or hint credits.

Local game saves

Level progress, coins, hint credits, reward status, language, and sound preferences are stored on your device. This local save is not sent to a studio gameplay server and is not synced between devices by the game. Operating-system backups may retain app data according to your device settings.

Advertising services

The mobile game uses Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on the platform, settings, and privacy choices. See the provider information below.

Support messages

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. The studio and its email provider process this information to respond and resolve your request. Your game save is not automatically attached. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Your choices & rights

• Privacy messages appear where required. When available, open Agreements → Ad Privacy in the game to review advertising privacy choices. You can also use your operating system’s privacy controls.
• Rewarded ads are optional. If an ad is unavailable or you close it before earning the reward, it grants no reward. Coin options are available for hints, restarting, and eligible extra time.
• Clearing app data or removing the app may erase local progress. Manage backups separately in your device settings. The studio cannot restore a lost save because it does not keep a copy.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or contact a privacy regulator. Send requests to our support address. We may need to verify your request.

Retention, processing, and security

Local saves remain until removed or replaced by the app. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Where required, processing relies on providing requested services, legitimate interests in support and security, legal obligations, or consent. Our studio is based in the United States; providers may process information in other countries subject to applicable safeguards. Google manages its records under its own privacy policy. Reasonable protections are used, but no system is completely secure.

Children and families

Check the game’s store listing for its intended audience and age rating. The game does not ask for a name, date of birth, or account registration. Parents and guardians should supervise use and avoid sending children’s personal information in support messages. If you believe a child’s information has been collected improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Using the game

You may use EscapeLane for personal entertainment under a limited, non-exclusive license. The studio and its licensors retain rights to the game, artwork, music, and branding. Do not copy, sell, redistribute, or interfere with the game except as permitted by law. If you are not old enough to agree under local law, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you. Applicable platform terms also apply.

Coins & rewarded ads

Interstitial ads may appear at some completed-level transitions. Ads require internet and depend on provider availability. A coin purchase and a rewarded-ad offer are alternative ways to obtain the benefit shown; watching an ad is not required when you use the available coin option. Local rewards may be lost if app data is removed.

Updates and your rights

Gameplay, balance, supported devices, and these notices may change. The date above identifies this version. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required for material changes. The game is not guaranteed to be error-free or available on every device. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. External services have their own terms and policies.
